The Spark Foundation Nigeria is a non-governmental organization focused on inclusive economic development through entrepreneurship, agriculture, and education. It targets underserved communities, particularly youth and smallholder farmers, to address systemic barriers to growth and opportunity.

Founder

arla Stockton-Jones

Has a background in commercial strategy and operational leadership, she has held senior roles across multiple sectors, driving innovation, customer focus, and sustainable growth.

She is known for her decisive leadership and her ability to transform complex operations into efficient, people-centered enterprises.

She is passionate about youth empowerment and business enterprise and believes great ideas, insightful mentors and responsible seed funding are essential pillars for start up success

Founder

Chibuike Igwe

is a passionate youth advocate dedicated to empowering young people in Nigeria to pursue and achieve their career aspirations.

With a background in Philosophy and Theology, he brings a deep understanding of human values, purpose, and ethical leadership to his work.

His commitment to uplifting the next generation is rooted in a belief that every young person deserves the tools, guidance, and opportunities to thrive.

Through mentorship, community engagement, and advocacy, he continues to inspire and support youth across Nigeria to dream boldly and build meaningful futures.
